What data we process
Only the data you enter in our inquiry form: name, company, brand, VAT number, email, phone, country, website and the details of your inquiry. When you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects usage data such as the pages you visit, your approximate country and your device type.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data from the form to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use analytics only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long we keep data
Inquiry data is kept for 24 months after our last contact if no contract follows. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Recipients
Our hosting provider SuperHosting.BG (EU) and, for analytics, Google Ireland Ltd. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use technical cookies to remember your language and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_<ID>, up to 2 years) are set only after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
